My anxiety symptoms are from childhood trauma and prior to hypnotherapy, symptoms of anxiety had been challenging, I now feel coping strategies have been gained. In terms of positive thinking, I have achieved my goal, as I am able to reflect on the situation at hand and weigh up as to if this is important or non-important. I try and look at the good rather than focus on the not so good. I do not allow myself to get to the point of going down the negative spiral.
Trish has been positive, engaging, empathetic and professional throughout.
Thank you ever so much for been there for me when I faced challenging experiences. Thank you for the sessions and being absolutely brilliant.

What did you hope to achieve from your hypnotherapy sessions?
I wanted to overcome my fear of driving on the motorway and sort my life out. For example, get a better work life balance, be more healthy & also happier with life in general.
I achieved learning how to go from my primitive brain to my intellectual part of my brain for situations, how to remain calm and give my brain a few seconds to come up with a more rationale outcome. I achieved emptying my “stress bucket” and getting better sleep. I integrated the 3 P’s, positive action, positive interaction and positive thinking/being … I implemented positive actions by actually walking more, booking and going to events and reconnecting with some friends, I have also joined exercises classes which I go to 3 times a week and made some new friends. I regularly (daily) think of the good and positive things which each day/week brings and speak more positively with others around me, I smile and laugh more now. I started reading again, and I am not afraid to not finish a book if I am not enjoying it. I am also nice to myself and congratulate myself on doing well. With all this implemented I have achieved a happier and more balanced life and I am no longer in fear of driving on the motorway. I feel that I have turned a corner and I am finally living my best life, thanks to the tools and encouragement which I received from Trisha.

I hoped to achieve some control/understanding over existential feelings of dread and sadness which have been stopping me from functioning/living in the way I would like to.
I have certainly achieved this.
Over the months I have retrained my brain to be able to cope with panic, and overwhelming feelings. This was achieved by the nightly listening of the trance recording, and sessions with Trish where I was able to consciously think about positive things that had happened that week, set intentions, and then a guided trance where I have felt able to process things in a safe setting. It also allowed me to learn about myself in the pictures that formed and sink into my subconscious when I have been avoiding that whilst not feeling well and on my own. It has helped me realise how important your imagination is in terms of how we picture our world around us internally, and what we can project outward, therefore finding power in the knowledge that we choose the world we live in. Whether that be one filled with doom and panic, or always assuming the best case scenario and how living that out in your mind can help propel you forward. Reconnecting with my imagination has helped me progress with my art practice and the values that I place upon it. Hypnotherapy with Trish has made visible to me tools I always have in order to help myself cope. It has helped me change the way I speak to and deal with myself, in turn developing a more positive relationship with myself, making life significantly better.

At first, I wanted to better understand what hypnotherapy was about and what benefits there were to help me in the future. I was hoping to find something that would improve my approach to life, to be more positive and forward looking rather than dwelling on the past and feeling down coping with the many problems in today’s climate.
I got some great ideas and tips to help me be more positive and forward thinking and was able to put them into practice and feel the benefits. For example, not stressing over things that I cannot influence, being more aware of the good things in my life (e.g., my 6 months old grandson), looking at the things my wife and I have recently enjoyed and planning things we can do together. Another benefit has been sharing what I’ve learned with my wife and us having the support of each other.
I thought the sessions I had with Trish were great and after each session I felt more positive and jollier.

The best thing I’ve done for ages. And such quick results. I’ll definitely be back again should I be struggling to overcome challenges and need a little ( or large) mindset reset. And the best of all, not only has it helped be to address and move on from the problem I was focusing on, it’s made a huge positive difference in my overall outlook on life. Thank you so much Trish

Initially I was looking for help with general anxiety, but as my sessions with Trish progressed, I could see the effects of hypnotherapy in the fundamental way my brain works. Because of this, my goals shifted quite naturally.
My anxiety has become much more manageable as I feel like Trish has given me the tools to overcome and minimise anxiety. As far as my behaviours with food, I feel like my responses have completely changed for the better. I feel able to understand my relationship with food with compassionate understanding and am working on building a positive relationship with it. I find myself naturally focussing on the positives in my daily life. My sleep is much less disturbed and I find myself taking positive actions throughout the day without overthinking.
I think everyone could benefit from this service.
